Baked Barramundi Recipe
Lay barramundi fillets in a single layer in a medium baking dish.
Baked barramundi recipe. Spoon the sauce. Add the wine to the pan and simmer until reduced by half. Brush upper side of each fillet with oil and sprinkle with coarsely ground salt and pepper.
Heat oven to 375 degrees f. Brush with citrus glaze and bake for 20 minutes. 10 min cook.
Combine the onion ginger oil and tomatoes in a baking dish and place in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside. Top with 3 4 slices of lemon fold.
In a medium mixing bowl whisk together garlic white wine melted butter lemon juice capers salt and pepper. Spread citrus rounds onto baking paper then lay barramundi on top. Serve with an extra drizzle of glaze and lime wedges.
Step 2 arrange half of the bell peppers onions garlic and olives on the bottom of the casserole dish. Pour sauce over barramundi. Use a little of the olive oil to lightly grease the inside of a 3 quart casserole pan.
Remove from oven and brush once more with the glaze then bake for a further 5 minutes. Meanwhile heat half the extra oil in a frying pan season the fish to taste and cook over high heat to brown both sides. Step 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
