Baked Honey Glazed Salmon
Continue baking until glazed 3 to 5 minutes.
Baked honey glazed salmon. Spoon honey mixture evenly on top of salmon. Preheat oven to 400 degrees f. In a large skillet over medium high heat heat two tablespoons oil.
The mixture will run off but try to coat the fish with a thin layer all over. When oil is hot but not smoking add salmon. Cook whisking constantly until the foam subsides and the butter begins to turn a golden brown about 3 minutes.
Stir in garlic honey and lime juice salt and pepper to taste. Bake salmon fillets in the preheated oven basting with butter mixture every 5 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork about 15 minutes. To make the browned butter lime sauce melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
Coat each fillet with honey.
