Adjust oven rack to the lower middle position and bake for 3 hours at 180c 350f.

Turn the oven down to 180 c and cook for 25 minutes. Increase temperature to 320 f and continue to cook for about 1 to 2 hours or until meat is cooked through and browns. Put the pork roulade on the turbo broiler but cover with aluminum foil.
Pour 1 pint water. Reduce oven to 180 c 160 c fan forced and roast uncovered for a further 1 hours or until pork is tender and cooked through and rind is crisp. Place the belly roll on a roasting pan fitted with a rack.
