Bake at 425 for 10 15 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160. Place the patties on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Form mixture into 8 patties.
Kept in an airtight container in the refrigerator these should last 3 to 4 days after being cooked.
