Bake at 400 for 4 minutes.
How to bake vegetable quiche. Let pastry shell stand at room temperature for 10 minutes. Line unpricked pastry shell with a double thickness of heavy duty foil. Then return the foil free crust to the oven for another 5 minutes.
Bake 4 minutes longer. Bake the quiche for 25 35 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown. Line with a sheet of parchment paper fill with either pie weights or beans and bake in a 350 f oven for 20 minutes.

After the crust is filled to the top with cheese and vegetables pour in the liquid mixture to the top. To freeze cool baked quiche completely then cover tightly with a couple sheets of aluminum foil and freeze for up to 3 months. Bake the crust in a preheated 425 degrees f oven for 7 minutes.
Bake blind for 10 minutes. 11 bake the quiches at 350f for 45 minutes or until done. Remove paper and beads or rice.
While vegetables are cooking toss cheese and flour together. While that is happening saute onions peppers and mushrooms in one tbsp butter or margarine over medium heat for 10 minutes. Remove the weights and parchment and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes until the bottom of the crust has just begun to brown.
