How to cook a quiche from frozen. Use excess paper to carefully remove hot beads then return to oven for 10 minutes or until base is light golden. Bake the quiche for the amount of time recommended on the package. Once out of the microwave carefully slip the quiche back into its tin.
Close the oven door and let the quiche reheat until fully cooked through. You can also prepare the seasoned egg cream mixture the day before and keep it in the fridge. Remove from oven and fill with chosen quiche filling.

Remove the aluminum foil and plastic wrap. You can grate the cheese fry the mushrooms the day before too. Bake the crust in a preheated 425 degrees f oven for 7 minutes.
