How to cook an omelette with cheese. Around 20 30 seconds into cooking the omelette will begin to form. At this point you can fill the omelette with whatever you like some grated cheese sliced ham fresh herbs sautéed mushrooms or smoked salmon all work well. Sprinkle over the cheese and spinach while the egg is still slightly runny in the middle then remove the pan from the heat.

Put the cheese and three quarters of the ham in the centre of the omelette and cook until the cheese has melted. Sprinkle the top with the shredded cheese and with a spatula. When the omelette begins to cook and firm up but still has a little raw egg on top sprinkle over the cheese.
Carefully flip omelette and cook for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Scoop the mushrooms from the pan and mix then with cup 25 grams of grated cheddar cheese and chopped parsley. Continue to cook another 30 seconds or until the omelette is thoroughly cooked.
