Add lots of salt. Take 1 5 cups basmati rice 300 grams in a bowl. Now add the soaked rice and stir well keep the flame on high only.
Begin to rinse the rice grains in running water. Use good quality basmati rice soak it for 30 mins. Heat water in a large pot.
Soak rice with enough water for a minimum 30 minutes. Add in drained rice. Don t soak for long time.
Add in a 2 tbsp of either ghee or oil add the whole spices mentioned above add salt accordingly. Add all your spices. Add salt and ghee oil to the water.
If you see the below pic you see an opaque. Soak the basmathi rice with more water for minimum 30 min. Drain the rice and keep the rice aside.
