How To Cook Natural Oats
Put 1 cup of oatmeal in a bowl add 1 2 cup of your favorite fresh fruit and top with a few walnuts.
How to cook natural oats. Remove from the heat cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes. If you prefer warm oats simply put in the microwave for 30 secs to heat. Over night oats can be prepared well in advance however we do not recommend keeping in the fridge for longer than three days as the oats will become overly soggy and mushy.
Serve into bowls and add your favourite toppings for a delicious and wholesome start to your day. Cook on high for 2 minutes then stir. Cook for 1 minutes stir then cook for 1 minute more.
Cook for a further 2 minutes. To serve 1 use cup of uncle tobys traditional oats and cup of water or cup of skim milk. Cook for 1 minute.
Cook another 5 mins then remove from heat and cover. Leave oatmeal covered for 20mins. Want to mix things up.
Bring 1 cup milk or water and a pinch of salt if desired to a boil in a small saucepan.
