How to cook pork spare ribs in the oven with foil. Place a rack of spareribs on each sheet meaty side up. Tear off 2 large sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil and lay them shiny side down. Slather the baked ribs with barbecue sauce then broil or grill the ribs for a few minutes until the sauce is caramelized.
Lay ribs bone side down on a long sheet of foil. Halfway through cooking cover the ribs with aluminum foil to protect them from drying out. If satisfied remove the covering season with more dry rub or brush with bbq sauce on both sides.
