How To Cook Roast Pork
Place pork on a rack over a roasting dish and put in oven.
How to cook roast pork. Reduce temperature to 150 c and continue cooking for 45 minutes per 500g. Bake for 20 minutes. Lay the pork into a lightly oiled roasting tin and place it in a hot oven 220 c gas mark 7.

In fact pork can be eaten with a hint of pink in the middle with the exception of mince and sausages. If the roast is over 2kg take 10 minutes off this initial crackling time. Like all meat pork continues to cook after removal from heat.
Remove from oven and drizzle with remaining oil. Continue cooking for 25 minutes 500g of weight or 1 hours. Roast for 15 minutes.
