How To Cook Soaked Millet

How to cook soaked millet. Store cooked and completely cooled millet in the refrigerator in a container with a tight fitting lid. After soaking is complete remove cover and stir in an additional cup of filtered water and a pinch of sea salt. In a medium pot combine soaked millet water and salt.
