How To Make Lobster Head Soup
In a large pot bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.

Add cold lobster onion parsley. Stir in 1 teaspoon sea salt and bring to a boil. Instructions in a large soup pot add 5 cups of water and bring it to boil.
In a 6 quart dutch oven heat the water over high heat until it reaches a boil. Add the lobsters and cover the pot. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
