Lobster Noodles Xo Sauce Recipe
Whisk cream cornflour and lemon juice in a jug.

Stir in chicken broth oyster sauce soy sauce brown sugar and star anise and continue to cook at a rapid simmer until mixture is thickened and most of the liquid has been absorbed into the sauce leaving a thin layer of bubbling oil on the surface of the pot 12 to 15 minutes. Add the butter and oil to a medium heavy stockpot over medium high heat.
When it starts to shimmer add the lobster pieces and stir fry quickly for only 2 to 3 minutes. Set the fire in medium mode and boil the lobster for 15 20 minutes set the lobster aside and drain the stock. Stir the xo soy sugar stock and sesame oil together and keep at the ready.
Lobster tails are chopped then easily sauteed with a fresh tomato sauce made with olive oil garlic red pepper flakes parsley wine butter and fresh ripe tomatoes. Pour into pan and stir until mixture comes to the boil and thickens slightly.
