Quick Cook Pork Belly Slices

With a sharp knife cut the pork belly into 1cm strips.
Quick cook pork belly slices. Finally turn the pork belly strips skin side down and continue to cook for another 5 minutes. Instructions based off 600g pork belly slices 1cm thick use additional ingredients of your choice. Add sliced pork belly to a large pan and start frying on high heat.
Do the same for the other two sides. Heat the oven to 160c fan 140c gas mark 4. Preheat the oven to 375 f 190 c.
Put the flour in the sieve and shake it over the side pork belly pieces dusting them with flour. Thin pork belly slices also known as rashers belly slices are perfect stir fried cooked best over high heat and a short cooking time. Preheat oven to 400 f.
Arrange the pork belly pieces in the roasting pan. Cook them for about 5 minutes on one side on high heat then 5 minutes on the other side on high medium heat. Sprinkle them with the seasonings.
Heat a heavy frying pan over high heat and add the oil. Do not add cooking oil. Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and toss the slices in the sauce in a roasting tin.
Constantly move pork belly slices in the beginning. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Roast until browned and crispy 30 minutes on the first side and 20 30 more minutes on the second side.
