Stir Fry Pork Belly With Dark Soy Sauce
Keep it simmering for about 20 mins.
Stir fry pork belly with dark soy sauce. Then add light soy sauce dark soy sauce and sugar. Heat the cooking oil until it starts to smoke. 1 tsp oyster sauce.
Once boiling cover wok and continue cooking on low heat. Lastly add soy sauce dark soy sauce and rock sugar. Start adding the vegetables.
Add water and bring to a boil. Stir fry the pork with all the sweet soy sauce just until the sweet soy sauce starts to caramelize and the edges of the pork start to turn dark brown. In a wok or skillet heat up cooking oil over. Stir fry for about 30 seconds.
Add cinnamon stick star anise cloves and garlic and stir fry till fragrant. The ones that take longest to cook go in first. Marinate pork belly for at least 1 2 hour.
Add a little oil to grease the blades if necessary. Add in pork and stir fry till pork changes colour. In a hot wok add oil and then garlic.
